Requirements for your automatic account creation

Documents:

Criteria : JPG - JPEG - PNG - PDF accepted - Maximum upload size file is 2 Mo for images, 5 Mo for PDF

• Company registration document: it may differ from a country to another.

  In France, this document is called: KBIS.

• Company’s articles of association (signed and sealed)

• ID documents of the legal representative of the company.

  ID cards and passports are accepted.

• Residence permit of legal representative.

• ID of the Ultimate Beneficial Owners (Shareholders who own 25% or more).

  ID cards and passports are accepted.

• Official euro bank account proof issued by the bank.

Information:

• Company location : Must be in Europe. Silkpay only opens accounts for European merchants.

  If you don’t have a company in Europe and are interested in registering it there. Silkpay team can give you advice and information about the process.

• Phone number.

• Valid email.

• ID number.

• The legal representative of the company: name, country of birth, date of birth, nationality and the % of their share.

• The Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO) of your Company (Shareholders who own 25% or more): their names, country of birth, date of birth, nationality and the % of their shares.

• Your European bank account information: We collect your IBAN because it is necessary to send you the payments received from your clients.

  All the collected bank account information is encrypted and highly secured to protect your data.

Photos:

• Photos of the interior and exterior of your company (photos showing your logo/brand name).

• For sole traders, photos of your work place showing your logo/brand name.
